摘要
手术切除是治疗喉癌的主要手段,然而,某些可行部分喉切除而作了全喉切除的病人,术后丧失发音功能,给患者事来痛苦。近30年来,许多学者对喉的胚胎、解剖进一步研究证实喉部分切除只要严格掌握适应症,既可根治癌肿又可保存喉的生理功能,因此,各种不同类型的喉部分切除术式莲勃发展。我们自1981年以来对5例喉癌患者行垂直半喉切除颈侧皮瓣翻转一期发音重建,效果满意,现报告如下。
The authors have performend one-stege rcconstrution of voice after vertical hemilar- yngectomy on 5 patients with laryngeal cancer since 1981.Restoration of larygeal function was accomplished with adjacent flap of the neck.All patients were decannulated 2-3 weeks postoperatively;laryngeal function was satifactory (wetmore gradel).These casees have survived for 5 years and 2 cases for 4 years.Indication,contraication,surgical procedure, and relevant problems are discussed.
