先天性多拇畸形的临床分型与治疗

Clinical types and treatment for congenital polydactyly of the thumb

目的:探讨先天性多拇畸形的治疗方法。方法:对35例先天性多拇畸形的患者进行手术,通过皮肤切口的设计、骨骼支架的建立、关节的修复、拇外展功能的重建等方面的治疗。结果:35例患者术后进行3个月至2年的随访,拇指的外形及功能均取得满意的效果。结论:先天性多拇畸形临床治疗需选择适当手术时机,从切口设计、骨骼支架的建立、关节的修复、拇外展功能的重建等方面综合考虑才能取得较好的疗效。

Objective： To explore the treatment for congenital polydactyly of the thumb. Methods： 35 cases with congenital polydactyly of the thumb were applied to the operation which included the procedures of incision design, bone reconstruction , joint repair, thumb - abduction reconstruction. Results： 35 cases were followed up for 3 months to 2 years, successful appearances and functions of thumbs were achieved. Conclusion： The appropriate operation time and all of the procedures including the incision design, bone construction, joint repair, thumb- abdnction reconstruction should be considered.
