摘要
在地区级卫生总费用核算中,必须了解卫生费用的流入与流出,才能实现卫生总费用的综合平衡。本研究以某省为现场进行调查研究,阐述卫生总费用流入与流出的测算方法,以及通过测算结果反映该省卫生总费用筹资总额和机构分配总额存在差异的主要原因。
In regional health account, it＇s necessary for balanced matrix to know health expenditure influx and outflow clear. Based on one provincial investigation, this study expounds how to estimate the health expenditure influx and outflow, and how to find the main reason explaining the difference between total health expenditure by source and by provider.
