摘要
通过对贫困地区县级医疗卫生机构的人力现状进行调查分析,发现目前贫困地区基层卫生人力总量、配置及结构等方面存在的问题,寻找制约贫困地区基层卫生人力发展的因素,并从政策角度对解决农村贫困地区卫生人力问题提出了相应建议。
This paper analyzed the problems of health workforee on the quantity, allocation and construction in rural poverty-stricken region at county-level, so to find the influence factors on the health workforce development of povertystricken region. In the end, the paper proposed some corresponding policy implications.
