摘要
目的:分析变形杆菌对常用抗生素的耐药性,以正确指导抗生素的合理使用。方法:采用VITEK-32全自动微生物分析仪对78株变形杆菌进行鉴定,分析其对15种常用抗菌药物的体外活性及产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)筛选。结果:奇异变形杆菌的产ESBLs率为18.9%(10/53),普通变形杆菌产酶率为9.5%(2/21)。三代头孢菌素、亚胺培南、丁胺卡那霉素、替卡西林+棒酸等青霉素类/β-内酰胺酶抑制剂复合剂的耐药率均低于10%。结论:实验室应加强对产ESBLs变形杆菌的检测,三代头孢菌素、亚胺培南、丁胺卡那霉素、替卡西林+棒酸等青霉素类/β-内酰胺酶抑制剂复合剂是治疗变形杆菌感染的首选药物。
Objective: Analyze the antibiotics resistance of proteus to guide the rational application of antibiotics. Methods: 78 proteus strains were identified and analyzed from the aspect of antibiotic susceptibility with the help of VITEK-32, detection of extended-spectrum β-lactamases were also conducted. Results: As for production rate of extended-spectrum β-lactamases, Proteus mirabilis was 18.9 % ( 10/53 ) , Proteus vulgaris was 9.5 % ( 2/21 ). For antibiotic resistance rate of the proteus clinical isolates to third-generation cephalosporins,imipenem(IMP), amikacin(AN), ticarcillin/CA(TCC) were all less than 10%. Conclusion : Detection of proteus species should be strengthened. Third-generation cephalosporins, imipenem(IMP) , amikaein(AN) and ticareillin/ CA(TCC) were the first choice for treating Proteus infections.
