鼻内镜下58例腺样体吸切术的疗效分析

Analysis of adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope:58 cases observation

目的:分析鼻内镜下腺样体吸切术治疗腺样体肥大的疗效。方法:对58例腺样体肥大患儿临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:58例患儿未发生严重并发症,术后随访2年,均未复发。结论:鼻内镜下腺样体吸切术治疗腺样体肥大效果较好,并发症少,复发率低,值得临床推广。

Objective： To analyze the effect of adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope on adenoid hypertrophy. Methods： Retrospectively analyzed clinical datas of 58 sick children suffering from adenoid hypertrophy. Results： 58 sick children didnt have complication. Two-year follow-up showed no recurrence. Conclusion： Adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope is effective, and with few complication and low recurrence rate. It is valuable for clinical application.
