宫颈缝扎术的围术期护理

Perioperative nursing for cervical transfixion

目的：介绍妊娠期宫颈内口松弛和前置胎盘用宫颈缝扎术矫治的围术期护理。方法：收集2000年4月-2007年6月住产科病区因宫颈内口松驰造成习惯性流产或部分前置胎盘的患者而需行宫颈缝扎术的55例资料回顾性分析。结果：55例宫颈缝扎术的病例取得良好效果，无并发症发生。结论：宫颈缝扎术的围术期护理对治疗和手术的效果起着重要的作用。

Objective： To investigate the importance of perioperative nursing in patients who underwent cervical transfixion because of cervical dysfunction or placenta previa. Methods： Retrospective analyses of 55 pa- tients were conducted, who were admitted to the obstetrics department in our hospital from April, 2000 to June, 2007 and underwent cervical transfixion because of habitual miscarriage or partial placenta previa caused by cervical dysfunction. Results： All patients recovered well without any complication. Conclusion： Perioperative nursing is of great importance to the success of cervical transfixion.
