摘要
采用Sol-Gel法制备了镁掺杂钛酸钡陶瓷纤维,应用热分析、X射线粉末衍射、红外和扫描电子显微镜等技术对凝胶和纤维进行了研究。发现当镁的掺杂量为0.10,0.15,0.20,0.25时溶胶具有可纺性,掺杂量为0.30不能形成稳定溶胶,没有可纺性。煅烧温度不同时其结晶性能不同,随着煅烧温度的升高,衍射峰逐渐增强,峰形越来越尖锐,说明结晶趋于完好。实验中还发现,煅烧时间及升温速率对纤维的表面形貌具有很大的影响,在1 000℃煅烧60 min,升温速率为2℃/min时,得到表面形貌良好的陶瓷纤维。
Magnesium doped barium-based titanate ceramic fibers was prepared by sol- gel process. A Series of experiments were carried out with TGA- DTA, XRD, FT-IR, SEM. It is found that sols are spinnable with Mg contents of 0.10,0.15,0.20,0.25, while it has not spinnable of 0.30 Mg contents. The crystal capability varies with different calcined temperature, with the sharper peak as the higher temperature. The annealing time and calcined rate have effects on the surface of fibers. Perfect surface is produced with calcined time of 60 minutes on 1 000℃ , at 2℃/minute rate.
