一株野禽源H4亚型禽流感病毒HA基因的序列测定及全球谱系演化分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用RT-PCR方法扩增出一株鄱阳湖地区野禽源H4亚型AIV的血凝素基因,并进行分子克隆与测序。与GenBank上已发表的不同来源的H4亚型AIV进行同源性对比,发现该毒株与亚洲分离株核苷酸同源性较高,达96%。全球谱系分析表明,该毒株属东半球谱系的欧亚分支。研究结果对于进一步深入研究野生鸟类的禽流感传播作用具有重要参考价值。 In this paper, Hemagglutinin (HA) gene of H4 avian influenza virus isolated from a mallard in the Poyang Lake Area was amplified by RT-PCR. Then the HA fragment was analysed and compared with sequences published in GenBank after cloning and sequencing. The results showed that the HA nucleotide sequence of this virus was closely related with the viruses isolated from Asia, the highest homology was 96%. Phylogenetic analysis of global H4 AIV revealed that the isolate belongs to Eurasian sublineage of East hemisphere linage.
