摘要
利用拓扑度理论和Liapunov泛函方法,讨论了分布时滞静态神经网络模型的全局鲁棒稳定性,给出了实用有效的判定条件.
Global robust stability of a static neural network model with distributed delays is discussed. Using topological degree theory and Lyapunov functional methods, several fairly and convenient criteria are presented.
