摘要
采用微量量热法对中药活性成分葛根总黄酮振荡体系进行了研究,测定了葛根总黄酮在不同浓度、不同温度下的振荡体系的热功率—时间曲线,得到了它的诱导期、振荡周期,根据动力学理论计算了它的反应级数和表观活化能,并建立了诱导期、振荡周期与浓度和表观活化能之间的非线性关系式.
The power-time curves of oscillating system of Pueraria Flavonid were determined at different concentrations and different temperatures by microcalorimetry. From power-time curves, the induction period (tin) and the oscillating period (tp,1, tp,2) were obtained. According to the kinetic theory, the reaction order and the apparent activation energy were calculated. So the non-linear relationships among them were established.
