Discussion on Development Strategies of Potato Agribusiness in Jiangsu, China

从宏观层面探讨了江苏省马铃薯生产发展在种植业结构调整、促进农民增收、提高农业土地利用效率、保证粮食安全等方面的战略意义,回顾了近年来江苏省马铃薯生产现状及存在的问题,分析了江苏省在马铃薯发展方面的优势及潜力,并提出了促进江苏省马铃薯产业发展的对策。

This paper discussed the importance of potato production in Jiangsu for crop structure adjustment, the promotion of farmers＇ income, improvement of the efficiency of land use in agriculture and food security. It reviewed the development of potato production in Jiangsu and made an analysis of its potential advantages. Based on the study, the paper put forwards suggestion for further development.
