摘要
[目的]研究癌痛患者的生活质量及其影响因素，为进一步采取有针对性的干预措施，提高癌痛患者的生活质量提供依据。[方法]对来自上海市106所医院的1131例具有疼痛症状的癌症患者，进行问卷调查并填写FACT-G生活质量自评量表，采用单因素方差分析和多元线性回归分析资料。[结果]在1131例癌痛患者中，平均生活质量评分为84．53±0．53（95％CI：83．49～85．57）。最有效治疗方法、对止痛药满意程度、对止痛药会“成瘾”的认知态度、止痛药药费负担情况、一次门诊开的止痛药可以使用天数和过去24小时平均疼痛VAS评分是癌痛患者生活质量的主要影响因素。[结论]加强癌痛规范化治疗，加强止痛治疗的宣传教育，减轻患者的经济负担，对于提高癌痛患者生活质量都有重要意义。
[Purpose] To investigate quality of life（QOL） and its influential factors in patients with eancer pain, and to provide the base for valid intervention. [Methods] The data of 1 131 patients with cancer pain from 106 hospitals in Shanghai were selceted. Investigative questionnaire and FACT-G self-rating scale were applied. Data were analyzed with one-way ANOVA and general linear model. [Result] The average score of QOL of the 1 131 patients was 84.53±0.53 （95%CI： 83.49-85.57）. The main influential faetors of QOL in patients with cancer pain were effeetive pain relief, satisfaetory pain relief pills, cognition of addiction for pain relief drug, eeonomic burden, amount of pain relief pills prescribed per clinic visit, and VAS score of pain in past 24 hours. [Conclusion] Standardization of cancer pain treatment, entensifying edueation and deereasing economic burden for patients are beneficial to improve QOL in patients with cancer pain.
