Segment is the basis of shield tunnel's quality control, segment quality is related to the safety and durability of the shield tunnel's engineering structure, sufficient attention should be given to it. This paper discussed on the production process and the quality control measures of shield tunnel's segments, by the introduction of Shiziyang tunnel's shield segments production of Guangshengang passenger dedicated line. Some good suggestions were put forward, which provided a reference to similar projects.
