自身免疫性甲状腺病的易感基因研究进展

摘要 自身免疫性甲状腺病(AITD)是器官特异性自身免疫性疾病,遗传背景和环境因素相互作用导致该病的发生。遗传背景复杂,是否存在一个和(或)几个主效基因目前尚未肯定。目前已利用候选基因筛查和全基因组扫描的方法来识别AITD的易感基因和位点。通过这些方法,人们已经进行一些相关易感基因和位点的鉴定,以求揭示AITD的遗传学发病机制。本文就该领域研究进展进行综述。 Autoimmune thyroid diseases(AITD) are organ-specific autoimmune disorders in humans, which are speculated as the result of interaction of genetic background and environment. The genetic hackground is complicate. It is not yet known whether one or(and) some main-effect genes are present. Now candidate gene analysis and whole genome screening have been used to identify the susceptibility genes and loci contributing to the etiology of AITD. By means of these methods, some related genes and loci have been identified in order to clarify the genetics pathogenic mechanisms of AITD. This article will review progress on the genetic susceptibility.
