摘要
CXC趋化因子受体4（CXCR4）属于G蛋白耦联7次跨膜受体，是CXC趋化因子家族成员基质细胞衍生因子1（SDF-1）／CXCL12的惟一受体，广泛表达在许多细胞表面，与其配体SDF-1构成的SDF-1-CXCR4生物学轴，参与调节许多生物学活性作用，不仅调节胚胎发育、干细胞归巢和组织／器官的损伤修复，而且与很多疾病的发生和发展有关，成为一些疾病治疗的分子靶目标。本文对其研究进展予以综述。
Chemokine receptor 4 belongs to the G protein-coupled receptor superfamily and was one of CXC-chemokine receptors,which was the specific receptor of Stromal cell derived factor-1 （SDF-1）/CXCL12, was extensively expressed in many cells and tissues. The SDF-1/CXCR4 biology axis not only participated in the regulation of embryonic development and postnatal homing of hematopoietic stem cells, but also played an important role on the development of many diseases. This paper reviews the investigation of CXCR4.
