穿孔素和颗粒酶B在移植排斥中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 穿孔素和颗粒酶B是由细胞毒性T淋巴细胞和自然杀伤细胞胞质颗粒储存并分泌的一种糖蛋白,能介导效应细胞对靶细胞进行杀伤作用。穿孔素通过在靶细胞膜上形成活性孔道使靶细胞渗透压改变而溶解,或者与颗粒酶协同作用而诱导靶细胞凋亡。穿孔素/颗粒酶介导的细胞毒性在调控免疫应答中起着重要作用,与病毒感染、肿瘤和移植排斥反应等疾病密切相关。本文就穿孔素和颗粒酶B在移植方面的研究进展进行综述。 The perforin and granzyme B are glucoproteins which are stored and secreted by the endochylema granules of cytotoxic effeetor cells and natural cell. The effector cells can bring about lethal effect to target cells. Perforin generates pores in target-cell membranes and causes cell death or produces a marked synergistic effect with granzyme B to induce apoptosis. The perforin and granzyme B could have a significant impact on adjusting immune response,and were correlated to viral infection,tumor and graft rejection. This paper reviews the present study status quo of the perforin and granzyme B in graft rejection.
