摘要
乳腺癌是危害妇女健康主要的恶性肿瘤之一，近年来发病率上升速度最快的恶性肿瘤之一。众所周知，乳腺癌属于全身性疾病，即使是早期乳腺癌，也会发生隐匿性转移。目前乳腺癌标志物已成为研究的一个热点。肿瘤标志物是指与肿瘤发生相关的物质，主要包括两部分：大分子蛋白质肿瘤标志物和基因肿瘤标志物，通过对乳腺癌相关肿瘤标志物的综合研究分析，可以对其发生、恶性程度、预后等作出及时判断，指导治疗，提高患者的生活质量和生存期。
Breast cancer is one of the malignant tumors with highest rising incidence rate in recent years, endangering women＇s health. It is well known that Breast cancer are systemic diseases, occult metastasis maybe happen even if it is just in its early stage. At present, breast caneer marker has become a research hot. Tumor markers refers to the materials related to tumor genesis and development,which includes maeromolecular protein tumor markers and genetic tumor markers. The general analysis of these markers is helpful to the prompt judgement of its genesis, malignant degree and prognosis, guiding the treatment, and improving the life quality and life span of the patients.
