摘要
肺癌是最高发的恶性肿瘤之一,其病死率居肿瘤病死率之首。肺癌病死率之所以如此之高,原因主要是至今未发现有效的化疗药物及多药耐药的产生。三氧化二砷作为我国传统中药,长期以来一直被认为是一种致癌物质。然而近年来有研究发现三氧化二砷可抑制多种癌基因及上调抑癌基因的表达以诱导肿瘤细胞调亡、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、抑制肿瘤血管生成、部分逆转肿瘤耐药性达到治疗肺部肿瘤的作用。
Lung carcinoma is one of malignancies with highest incidence. It is the leading cause' of cancer mortality in worldwide. The high motality is due to lack of effective chemotherapy and the occurrence ot mulitidrug resisitance. Arsenic trioxide, a traditional chinese medicine, is considered as one of carcinogen. However, in recent years, studies found that arsenic trioxide can inhibit a variety of oncogenes and increase the expression of tumor suppressor genes tumor to induce apoptosis,inhibit tumor cell proliferation and inhibit tumor angiogenesis, reverse the tumor drug resistance partly.
