摘要
先天性腭裂是口腔颌面部发育畸形中最为常见的疾病之一，腭裂修复术仍是目前治疗该疾病的惟一有效方法。自Von Langenbeck（1861）提出用腭粘骨膜瓣修复腭裂以来，腭成形术作为主导术式被应用于腭裂修复，为了更好地封闭裂隙、恢复软腭的生理功能，以及减少手术对颌面部生长发育的影响，腭成形术至今已发展出多种改良术式，本文将围绕腭成形术的现状及研究进展进行综述。
Cleft palate is one of the most common malformation in oromaxillo-facial region, and surgical repair is the best treament so far. Since the two-flap palatoplasty was reported by Von Langenbeck in 1861 ,palatoplaty bad been the main surgical treatment for cleft palate, and a number of repair surgery developed accordingly, making it better to close the cleft, recover the soft palate and reduce the influence to the maxillofacial region. In this article, the present situation and the advancement of palatoplasty were reviewed.
