摘要
本文通过对历年文献的研究，综述了HIV／AIDS相关性肾损伤的原因，包括HIV、抗病毒药物、机会性感染、海洛因等对肾脏的损伤；对艾滋病患者进行尿微量蛋白的检测，可以早期发现，早期治疗肾脏疾病，提高患者生存质量，延长生存时间。
Through reviewing research literature of years, the reasons of HIV/AIDS related kidney injury are summarized,including HIV, antiviral drug, opportunistic infections, heroin, etc ; Urine microprotein tests of HIV/AIDS can discover and remedy kidney diseases early; improve the life quality, lengthen the survival time.
