摘要
自体输血是指采集或回收患者的血液在术中或术后输回患者体内的方法，是减少因血型不合引起溶血性输血反应、因异体输血产生过敏反应和避免输血相关疾病传播的有效手段，尤其对一些稀有血型患者输血具有重要意义。自体输血主要分为贮存式、回收式和稀释式3种方式。现对这3种方式的自体输血在外科手术中的应用进行探讨。
Autotransfusion is the collection or recovery of patient＇s blood and then transfusing into his own body during intraoperative or postoperative. Autotransfusion could reduce hemolytic transfusion reaction dued to blood type incompatibility, reduce anaphylactic transfusion reaction dued to allogeneic blood transfusion ,effectively avoid transfusion-related diseases, and especially important for patients with rare blood type. Autotransfusion is mainly divided into three ways ： predeposit, hemodilite and withdraw. The article reviewed about the three ways of autotransfusion in surgery.
