孟鲁司特治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的 观察孟鲁司特治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的疗效。方法 将入选的56例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用孟鲁司特,疗程为7d。于治疗后第3和第7天比较两组中血气分析和应用支气管扩张剂后的肺功能测定的相关指标。结果 与对照组相比,治疗7d后的治疗组氧分压明显增高,而二氧化碳分压明显降低,两组相比差异有统计学意义。而且肺功能测定结果显示1s用力通气容积占肺活量的比值及1s用力通气容积占预计值的百分比也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。而治疗3d后两组中各项指标的比较无显著差异。结论 孟鲁司特可明显改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的肺功能。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of montelukast in treating acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Method A total of 56 patients with acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The both groups were treated with conventional treatment while treatment groups were added montelukast for 7 days. Related auxiliary examination such as blood gas analysis and pulmonary function test were checked up after 3 days and 7 days. Results Seven days and later, the partial pressure of oxygen was higher and carbon dioxide partial pressure of tension was lower in treatment group than that in control group. Moreover, FEV1/FVC and FEV1% were also higher in treatment group than that in control group. Conclusions Montelukast can improve the pulmonary function in patients with acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
