摘要
目的 通过对12例小儿烧伤患者发生惊厥原因及救护措施的分析，总结治疗经验，以减少惊厥的发生及提高其救治效果。方法 对在2003年6月至2007年6月我科收治的202例小儿烧伤患者中12例（占5．9％）发生惊厥原因及救护措施进行分析。结果 12例中治愈9例，3例死亡。结论 小儿烧伤惊厥的原因较多，机制较复杂。只有掌握病情，及时找出惊厥原因，并针对原因进行治疗并经过积极的护理才能取得满意的效果。
Objectlve Analyzing 12 cases of pediatric bum patients and the cause of seizures of aid measures,to summarize the experience of treatment for reducing the incidence of seizures and improvingthc effectiveness of treatment. Methods There were 202 cases of pediatric bum patients were treated in my department from June 2003 to June 2007,12 eases （5.9 percent） occurred in convulsions. The reasons of seizures and the treatment measures were analyzed in this paper. Results 9 cases were cured and 3 were dead of the 12 cases. Conclusion There are many reasons of pediatric burn convulsion, and the mechanism is complex, only master the disease, timely identify causes of convulsions, and the reasons for treatment and after care to achieve oositive results.
