腹腔镜辅助下胆囊息肉切除术治疗胆囊息肉样病变

Laparoscopic-assisted Resection of Gallbladder Polyps

目的 总结胆囊良性息肉保留胆囊的微创治疗经验。方法 选择性应用腹腔镜行胆囊息肉摘除术并Ⅰ期缝合胆囊治疗胆囊功能正常的胆囊良性息肉39例。结果 39例手术均获得成功，除个别术后低热1～2d外，均无其他并发症。结论 本术式治疗胆囊患肉样病变创伤小、安全，严格掌握其适应证、疗效确切，值得推广。

Objective Summing up the gallbladder benign polyps and retaining the experience of minimally invasive treatment of gallbladder. Methods 39 cases of selectively applying the laparoscope to do the resection of gallbladder polyps,suturing gallbladder at stage Ⅰ and treating benign polyps in normal gallbladder functions. Results All the 39 cases of surgery are successful except for certain lowgrade fever after 1 - 2 d apart,no other complications. Condusion The treatment of polypoid lesions of gallbladder is minor trauma and safty, strict control of their indications, the curative effect is exact and it is worth promoting.
