摘要
目的利用层次分析方法科学评价医院临床科室的绩效。方法通过指标聚类分析,构建评价指标体系,依德尔斐(专家打分法)法对指标进行权重确定。结果层次分析方法的评价结果能将各评价对象的绩效进行量化,使得科室绩效这一复杂的概念简化明了。结论层次分析方法是一种适合临床科室绩效评价的统计分析工具。
Objective The paper using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) evaluated performance for hospital clinic department. Methods We constructed the indicator system of evaluating performance for hospital clinic department by clustering analysis and confirmed the weighting coefficient of evaluation indicator by Delphi method. Results The AHP method can quantize the performance of hospital clinic department. Conclusion The AHP method is a tool for evaluation performance of hospital clinic department.
