“5·12”汶川地震灾区前线医院紧急救护的组织管理

摘要 目的探讨前线医院在应对地震突发大型灾害事件中紧急救护的组织管理。方法总结分析绵阳市中心医院应对"5.12"地震灾害时紧急救护的组织管理实践。结果由于及时启动应急预案充分整合和利用资源,顺利完成对地震灾害伤员的救护、治疗工作。结论迅速启动应急预案,灵活的组织管理和积极协调院内、社会、政府的力量是应对地震等突发大型灾害事件的有力措施。 Objective To approach the management of organization of urgent rescue to wounded personnel in front line hospital in great disaster. Methods The date of wounded personnel after earthquake disaster in Central Hospital of Mianyang was analyzed. Results The task of emergency treatment to wounded personnel in Wenchuan earthquake was progressed successfully by switch on the project of stringency and utilization all kinds of resources. Conclusion It was important to ensure wounded personnel remedied in Makro-disaster by switch on the project of stringency, effective management of organization and coordinate of society and government.
