摘要
目的探讨搏通胶囊对脑缺血大鼠急性期脑血流量和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)含量的影响,验证通阳法治疗缺血性卒中的科学性。方法老年SD大鼠70只,雌雄各半。随机分成7组(n=10),即正常组、模型组、博通大剂量组、博通小剂量组、博通加麝香大剂量组、博通加麝香小剂量组、尼莫地平组。建立大鼠大脑中动脉线栓法(MCAO)脑缺血模型,采用激光多普勒血流仪(LDF)监测局部脑血流,采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测血清VEGF含量。结果MCAO引起局部脑血流显著下降,搏通大剂量组脑血流量较模型组显著增大。模型组血清中VEGF的含量明显降低,而搏通大剂量组血清VEGF含量较模型组显著升高。结论大剂量搏通胶囊能增加局部脑血流,且能调节VEGF的含量。
Objective To investigate effects of botong capsule on the cerebral blood flow and serum VEGF of cerebral ischemic stroke rats. Methods 70 aged SD rats were stochasticly divided into 7 groups : the normal group, model group, high dose of botong capsule group, low dose of botong capsule group, high dose of botong capsule with musk group, low dose of botong capsule with musk group, nimodipine group, then the model of cerebral ischemic stroke were established in rats by MCAO. Brain blood flow and serum VEGF were detected by using laser doppler flowmeter and ELISA. Results MCAO lowered blood flow of brain, while the high dose of botong capsule significantly increased it. In contrast, MCAO decreased the content of VEGF in blood, whereas the high dose of botong capsule remarkably raised it. Conclusion The high dose of botong capsule can improve blood flow of brain and adjust the content of serum VEGF.
