摘要
带膜盘联轴节的动力传动轴是连接发动机和直升机传动系统的重要零件,其动力特性与一般结构形式的轴有所不同。文中采用有限元计算分析与试验验证相结合的方法,研究这种结构的动力传动轴的刚度、固有频率和转子动力特性。结果表明,这种动力传动轴的1阶振型通常表现为膜盘变形振动,轴的刚度和1阶固有频率随膜盘厚度的增大而增大,而1阶临界转速却基本不随膜盘厚度的变化而变。
Power driving shaft with a film-disc coupling is an important part connecting aeroengine and helicopter transmission system. Its dynamic characteristic is different from that of a shaft with ordinary structure. The stiffness, natural frequency and rotor dynamic characteristic of such type of power driving shaft were investigated by finite element analysis and experiment validation. It is concluded that the 1 st order vibration mode of the shaft is usually in the form of deformation vibration of the film-disc. The stiffness and 1 st order natural frequency of the shaft increase with the film-disc thickness, but the 1st order critical speed does not change with the film-disc thickness approximately.
