摘要
通过对Pilger冷轧管机主传动系统的动力学分析,建立主传动系统的数学模型。以ADAMS为平台,结合Pro/E中的三维实体模型,建立某冷轧管机主传动系统动力学虚拟样机,并进行仿真计算和结果分析。获得考虑轧制力分布的该冷轧管机主传动系统的动力学特性,为Pilger冷轧管机的设计提供参考。
Through the dynamic analysis, a mathematic model of the main driving system of cold Pilger mill has been built. The dynamic virtual prototyping model of the main driving system of a cold Pilger mill is established based on ADAMS and Pro/E, the simulation is carried out and the results are analyzed. The dynamic properties of the main driving system are resolved based on the different types of rolling force distributions, and references are provided for the design of cold Pilger mills.
