本文对DXD系列液体包装机装料部分的原理进行了介绍,并对于其机械式阀门实现精确装料的原理进行了证明推导,并给出了用于设计这一结构的C语言计算程序。最后,给出了装料部分装配时的建议。

This article introduces the theories of loading parts of series of DXD liquid packaging machine. And the theories of having accurate loading with machinery valve are given. And it provides the C program of designing this parts .Then it shows the suggestion of assembling loading parts.
