基于内流场数值模拟的高速磁力泵性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了进一步研究高速磁力泵的性能,采用Fluent软件对高速磁力泵内部三维湍流进行数值模拟,求出叶轮和蜗壳内部的速度场和压力场分布,计算出泵的扬程、叶轮内损失、蜗壳内损失、圆盘损失、泄漏损失及机组效率,并将计算结果与试验数值进行对比。结果表明,高速磁力泵内部流道中绝对速度、相对速度和总压的分布欠均匀,轴面漩涡较明显;Fluent软件模拟计算的泵扬程和机组效率与试验测量值接近,模拟值具有较高的精度。 To improve the performance of high speed magnetic pump, a numerical simulation of 3D turbulent flow in high speed magnetic pump was conducted. The velocity and the pressure distribution of inner flow field were obtained. Calculations were done of pump head, losses in impeller, volute, discs, leakage and operation efficiency. The results were compared with test values, showing a less uniform distribution of absolute speed, relative speed, total pressure, and a more pronounced axial whirl. The pump head and operation efficiency from simulation calculation are close to the test values, showing a high precision of simulation.
