摘要
油田开发进入中后期,管杆偏磨腐蚀现象越来越严重,而目前国内外应用的摩擦磨损试验机无法对抗磨管杆进行准确的评价。为此,研制了WFM型往复式摩擦磨损试验机。该试验机可准确模拟油管和抽油杆试样之间往复运动的偏磨腐蚀工况,因此可用于评价管杆材料的抗磨性能;还可以在同等试验工况下对2组试样进行对比试验;与管杆磨蚀试验装置相比,该试验机的试验结果精度有了较大提高。
WFM reciprocal friction wear testing machine has been developed to simulate the exact field conditions of tubing and sucker rod, when side wear corrosion occurs in oil production, giving an evaluation of the anti-wear behavior of the material, with the feature of high accuracy of test results. The machine can be used to conduct contrast tests of 2 groups of samples under identical conditions. Best tubing and sucker rod couplings have been selected after tests.
