摘要 目的:探讨c-jun N-末端激酶(JNK)在胚胎小鼠脑发育中的作用。方法:按受孕时间将昆明小鼠随机分为6组,分别为胚龄10(E10)、12(E12)、14(E14)、16(E16)、18d(E18)组、新生组(P0),采用免疫印迹技术和光密度分析法对各组小鼠脑JNK进行定量检测,以测得的JNK最大量为1(100%),计算蛋白相对含量。结果:免疫印迹法测得E10、E12、E14、E16、E18及P0组JNK1含量分别为24.57%、46.62%、62.99%、82.06%、100%、89.65%,JNK2/3含量分别为58.89%、51.37%、28.67%、20.33%、6.54%、5.03%。结论:JNK在胚胎发育期间呈明显的变化规律,提示JNK可能在小鼠大脑的发生与发育中起重要作用。 Objective: To study the effects of c-Jun N-terminal Kinases(JNK) in fetal mice brain. Methods: KunMing mice were divided into six groups :embryonic day of 10(E10), 12(E12), 14(E14), 16(E16), 18(E18) and 2h after birth (P0). Using Western blot and photodensitometry detect the expression of JNK. Results: The amounts of JNK1 in six groups were 24. 57%,46.62%,62. 99%,82.06%,100%,89. 65%, respectively; while amounts of JNK2/3 were 58. 89%,51.37%,28. 67%,20. 33%,6.54%,5.03%, respectively. Conclusion: There is a relation between the expression of JNK and brain development in the fetal mice.
