Expression of JNK in Human Lung Cancer of Different Differentiating Degree

目的:通过研究JNK在不同分化程度肺癌中的表达情况,探讨JNK与肺癌侵袭、转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法,检测79例肺癌组织及12例癌旁正常肺组织中JNK的表达。结果:JNK在癌旁正常肺组织及高、中、低分化肺癌组表达率分别为8.33%、75%、45.45%、18.18%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:JNK在肺癌的发生发展过程具有重要的作用。

Objective： To detect the expression of JNK in different differentiating lung cancer. Methods： The expression of JNK in different human lung cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry techniques . There were 12 cases of normal tissue; 79 cases of lung cancer. Results： Expression of JNK in the adjacent normal tissues and the poor, moderate and well differentiation degree goups of lung cancer were 8. 33%, 75%,45.45%, 18. 18%,respectively（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The expressions of JNK plays a important role in the canceration process of lung cancer.
