罗汉果主要性状相关分析与通径分析研究 被引量:7

摘要 以19个罗汉果无性系为材料,通过随机区组试验,对14个主要性状进行相关分析以及主要农艺性状与单果重、主要性状与甜苷V含量通径分析。结果表明,单果重与播种至开花日数呈显著相关,与果膨大速度、果横径、果纵径呈极显著相关关系,而对单果重直接贡献较大的是果横径、果纵径和授粉至成熟日数;甜苷V含量与果肉含量、水浸出物含量呈显著相关,与总糖含量、总苷含量呈极显著相关关系,对甜苷V含量直接贡献较大的是果膨大速度、单果重和水浸出物含量。高产罗汉果优良品种的选育在重点关注果横径和果纵径的同时,也应对果膨大速度和播种至开花日数进行选择。高甜苷V罗汉果优良品种的选育应对各性状进行综合考察,加强选择总糖含量、总苷含量和水浸出物含量高及果纵径/横径比值大的品种。 Nineteen clones of Siraitia grosvenorii were used as the materials for the correlation analysis of 14 major characters, and the path analysis between the weight per fruit and the main agronomic characters, the mogrosides V content and the main characters in randomized block experiment. The results showed that the weight per fruit had significantly positive correlation with the days from sowing to flowering, and very significantly positive correlations with the enlargement rate, horizontal diameter and vertical diameter of fruit. However, the horizontal diameter, vertical diameter of fruit and the days from pollination to maturation had directly major contribution to the weight per fruit. The mogrosides V content had significantly positive correlations with the pulp content and the content of soluble matter in water, and very significantly positive correlations with the total sugar content and total glycosides content. However, the enlargement rate of fruit, the weight per fruit and the content of soluble matter in water had directly major contributed to mogrosides V content. There-fore, to breed good Siraitia grosvenorii variety with high mogrosides V content, all major characters should be considered comprehensively, and the selection of horizontal diameter and vertical diameter of fruit should be strengthened.
