摘要
利用生产氧化铝的废渣——赤泥、轻烧镁粉(MgO)、六水氯化镁(MgCl2·6H2O)和各种添加剂制备赤泥发泡砌块,分析了各因素对赤泥发泡砌块强度和密度的影响,并对反应机理进行了探讨。得出最佳配合比为:赤泥30%、MgO40%、F-3高效复合发泡剂3.0kg(其它组分干料约700kg时)、MgCl2·6H2O20%、细砂5%。
Red mud foamed block is prepared using waste residues of aluminum oxide production--red mud,soft burning magnesium powder(MgO),bischofite(MgCL2·6H2O)and various addition agents. The influence of each factor on strength and density of red mud foamed block is analyzed and its reaction mechanism is discussed. The optimum mixing proportion is obtained as follows: red mud 30%, MgO 40%, F-3 high efficiency composite foaming agent 3.0 kg (other dry ingredients about 700 kg), MgCl2· 6H2O20% and fine sand 5%.
