摘要
以硬单体苯乙烯(St)、软单体丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和亲水性单体丙烯酸(AA)为单体,合成了用作砂浆添加剂的三元无皂聚合物乳液。研究了反应时间﹑不同油相水相比例﹑不同软硬单体和亲水性单体用量对于乳液转化率及黏度的影响。利用TEM测得乳胶粒的尺寸约为0.2μm,并用FTIR对产品进行了表征,确定生成了St/BA/AA三元共聚物。将St/BA/AA无皂乳液掺入水泥砂浆中,当掺量为2.5%和3.0%时,改性后砂浆与膨胀聚苯板的拉伸粘结强度分别提高25%和67%。
Using hard monomer styrene (St),soft monomer butyl acrylate (BA) and hydrophilic acrylic acid (AA) as monomer, ternary nonsoap emulsion is polymerized which is used as mortar modifier. The influence of reaction time,different ratio of oil phase to water phase, different percent of hard and soft monomer and hydrophilie monomer on emulsion conversion rate and viscosity was investigated. TEM photographs showed that the size of latex particle is about 0.2μm. The FTIR characterization on the product confirmed that a ternary copolymer of BA/St/AA was produced. Adding BA/St/AA nonsoap emulsion into cement mortar, when the adding amount is 2.5% and 3.0% ,the stretch adhesive strength of modified mortar and expanded polystyrene board increased 25% and 67% respectively.
