摘要 针对目前配电网对大功率谐波抑制及大容量无功补偿的迫切需求,提出了一种基于注入式混合有源电力滤波器和静止无功补偿器(HAPF-SVC)的混合型动态补偿系统,该系统在实现大容量动态连续无功补偿的同时,能够对电网和负载及TCR产生的谐波进行动态治理。详细分析了该系统的拓扑结构和工作原理,着重介绍了控制系统的软硬件设计及其实现。实验结果表明,该混合型动态系统具备良好的谐波抑制和动态连续无功补偿能力。 In view of the requirement for high-capacity harmonic suppression and reactive power compensation in power grid,a mixture dynamic compensation system based on hybrid active power filter (HAPF) and static var compensation (SVC) is presented,which can suppress the harmonics issued by the source,loads and SVC while compensating high-capacity continuous reactive power dynamielly.After the analysis of the topology and principle of this system,the control software and hardware design and its implementation are focused on.Experimental results show that the mixture dynamic compensation system holds good performances of harmonic restraint and reactive power compensation.
