摘要
升压型功率因数校正(Boost PFC)变换器在开关频率与电网频率之比较低时,会产生相位超前以及过零畸变等问题。这要求应用于中频电网(400~800Hz)的Boost PFC变换器具有很高的开关频率。随之带来的高开关损耗和高器件成本问题,制约了Boost PFC变换器效率的提高和应用范围的扩展。分析了引起过零畸变的几个因素以及它们之间的关系,给出了相应的解决措施,通过实验证明了这些措施的可行性。
When the ratio of switching frequency to line frequency of Boost power factor correction (Boost PFC) converter is too small, a zero-crossing distortion of input current will appears.This problem makes it indispensable for the Boost PFC converter using in the middle-frequency grid to have very high switching frequency.The high switching loss and high device cost limit the efficiency and application of the Boost converter.This paper analyzes the incentives of the zerocrossing distortion and their relations,gives corresponding solutions and proves the feasibility of these solutions through experiments.
