摘要
阐述了导致高压硅堆损坏的原因,并对其导通前后的电路特征和过渡过程进行了分析。根据二阶系统特性,提出采用缓冲电阻的方法来抑制工作放电中出现的冲击电压和冲击电流,防止硅堆损坏。由于缓冲电阻增大了系统的阻尼比,因此有效地抑制了系统振荡,保护了硅堆。同时,仿真和实验验证了高压硅堆损坏原因分析的正确性。
The reasons which result in the damage of the high voltage diode-stacks in pulse power supply are analyzed, and then the crowbar circuits and its transient process are also discussed.In order to protect the high voltage diode-stacks, the resistors are applied to augment the damping ratio of the second-order system.The suppression measures for surge current and voltage are put forward based on the characteristics of second-order system.Lastly,the validity of the reasons is testified by simulation and experiment.
