摘要
树脂是光聚合CTP版材中的重要组分,本文对碱溶含不饱和碳碳双键丙烯酸树脂进行了合成研究,研究了树脂合成过程中引发剂量、反应温度、时间、后处理条件、接枝单体用量、催化剂用量等对树脂分子量、酸值和碘值的影响,确定了最佳合成配方及工艺条件。
Resin is an important composition of photopolymerized CTP plate, the synthesis of polymerizable alkali-soluble acrylate resin is reported in this paper. This paper primarily studied the effects of initiator ,reaction temperature ,reaction time, grafting monomer etc. on the molecular weight ,acid value, iodine value of the resin, thereafter determined the optimal synthesis formulation and the process conditions.
