建设用地对经济增长贡献研究——以湖南省郴州市汝城县为例

On Contribution of Construction Land to Economic Growth——A Case Study of Rucheng County of Chenzhou City

以土地利用分类中的建设用地为主要研究对象,通过改良柯布-道格拉斯(C-D)生产函数显化土地投入对经济增长的贡献度,并在此基础上建立新模型。根据此模型对汝城县进行的实证研究结果表明:目前汝城县处于经济发展水平不高,但经济有较快发展速度的时期,资本投入是目前县域经济发展的主要推动力:土地投入处于规模报酬递增阶段,而劳力投入和技术因子对经济增长贡献度很小。为保证县域经济健康持续发展,尝试从加大资本投入、科学编制土地利用规划和积极培育、引进人才并鼓励科技创新3个方面提出建议。

With construction land in land-use classification as the object of research and by modifying Cobb-Douglas （C-D） production model, this paper reveals the contribution degree of land investment and constructs a new model. The case study of Rucheng County based on the model indicates that the area is in the period of low economic development. Investment of capital is the primary driving force for the growth of economy in the area and the return of land investment is increasing, whereas the labor and the technology factors contribute much less to the economic growth. To ensure sustainable and health2~ economic development of the county, the paper proposes attempts to enlarge the investment of capital, to compile the overall land use planning scientifically, to train and introduce talents and to encourage scientific and technologic innovations.
