经济欠发达地区城乡用地结构与布局优化研究——以江苏省宿迁市为例

A Study of Structure and Layout Optimization for Urban-rural Land Use of Underdeveloped Regions——A Case Study of Suqian City in Jiangsu Province

以经济欠发达地区江苏省宿迁市为例,分析了城乡用地现状、存在的问题。在此基础上,采用多方案综合法预测人口,选取指标法、趋势法科学预测了未来城乡用地规模。研究表明:1997-2005年宿迁市城乡用地总量呈上升趋势,存在用地效率低下、结构不合理等问题,未来城乡用地总规模将继续扩大,但农村居民点用地规模将有所减少。最后,从规划体系、产业结构、城镇空间布局等方面提出优化城乡用地结构和布局的对策。

With Suqian City as a case of under-developed areas, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of urban and rural land use, and predicts the scale of urban and rural land use in the future by applying the index method and tendency method. The study indicates that the total area of urban and rural land use fxom 1997 to 2005 had a tendency of increasing, along with such problems as lower efficiency in land use and unreasonable structure, and that the future total land use scale will keep increasing with rural residential land decreasing. The paper ends with suggestions for the optimization of the land use structure and layout in terms of planning system, industrial structure and urban spatial distribution.
