粮食安全背景下的虚拟耕地研究

Virtual Land Research for the Purpose of Food Security

目前我国粮食缺口0．2×10^8t，如果按人均粮食消费400kg来计算的话，全国有将近5000万人口的粮食需求得不到保障。虚拟耕地从一个全新的角度来研究粮食安全问题，虚拟耕地研究是把生产粮食所要的耕地资源作为一种虚拟的形式存在于粮食中，通过研究区域之间虚拟耕地的流动来实现区域的粮食安全．并据此对区域的土地资源利用进行合理安排。

At present, China＇s grain shortfall is 0.2 billion tons, in terms of per capita food consumption,the food demand of almost 500 million people can not be satisfied. Virtual arable land research is a new approach to studying the issue of food security, which studies the cultivated land of grain production as a virtual resource existing in food, and through the flow of virtual arable land between the researched regions achieves the food security and accordingly a reasonable arrangement of land resource use in the region.
