农民对农地整理的意愿分析——基于赣、鄂两省的实地调查

A Study of Farmers' Willingness for Farmland Consolidation Project

通过问卷调查的方式随机调查了赣、鄂两省的几个村庄,得到了农户对农地整理工程的意愿。通过分层聚类,得到农田水利工程和田间道路工程是农户认为最重要的农地整理工程措施;通过描述性分析,得到农户对农地整理各工程措施的意愿。从实证分析可知,在进行农田整理时,应该通过访谈或问卷的方式,将农田整理工程细分为几个子工程,来了解农民对农地整理的需求意愿,才能在真正意义上达到公众参与的目的。

Based on the random surveys in several villages in Jiangxi and Hubei Provinces, the researchers got to learn the willingness of the farmers for farmland consolidation projects. This paper employs the hierarchical cluster method to analyze farmers＇ priority considerations of farmland consolidation projects, with the result that the most important projects for the farmers are farmland irrigation conservancy project and rural road project. Demonstrative analyses indicate that questionnaire surveys in or interviews with the farmers are needed to know their willingness before a major farmland consolidation project starts so as to achieve the purpose of public participation.
