论城乡互动下的农村居民点整理

A Discussion on Rural Residential Community Consolidation in Rural-urban Interaction

农村居民点功能的演变方向以及城乡要素流转速度的加快使得农村居民点的发展需立足于城乡互动,当前的农村居民点整理模式具有一定的时代不适性。因此,应加强城乡互动条件下的农村居民点整理研究,进而对城乡互动加速条件下如何加强农村居民点整理工作中的城乡规划设计与制度规制等关键问题进行了论述。

Evolutionary tendency of rural residential communities and acceleration of urban and rural elements conversion have caused the development of rural residential communities to be established on the interaction between cities and villages. This paper argues that it is necessary to strengthen the research of rural residential community consolidation under the condition of rural-urban interaction, and discusses such key problems in the consolidation of rural residential communities as the planning and design and institutional regulation.
