On the background of building new socialist countryside and promoting rural reform and development, the problem of rural land transfer becomes one of the hottest topics. Based on the analysis of rural land transfer in Xingjiang, this paper analyzes the mechanism of rural land transfer and puts forward some advice about organization, policy, administration, financial support and industrial development.
