摘要 为配合国家税收要求及避免不法加油站损害消费者利益,基于国家燃油税控芯片和计量配套芯片,提出防作弊税控IC卡加油机计量控制主板设计的基本原理、硬件组成和各模块的功能设计,并给出各系统模块的软件设计方法和流程,综合利用IC卡身份验证及串行通信等技术提高数据存储和传输的可靠性。经实际应用证明:主板设计合理,性能稳定,满足防作弊和税控要求,并能提高加油站的管理水平。 In order to meet the tax requirements and avoid illegal actions, based on national fuel tax chip and chip package measures, this paper designed the anti-cheating IC card refueling board measurement main board, presented the basic design prin- ciples, hardware components and modules function design. And it gave the sy~ module of the software design methods and the flowchart of each system module. The design used IC card authentication and serial communication technology to improve data stor- age an^l transmission reliability. The practical application proves the mail board is reasonable and stabile, satisfies the require- ments, and improves the level of the gas station management.
