基于SOC+USB的高精度便携式差阻传感器检测仪

摘要 介绍了一种针对差阻传感器的特点研制的差阻传感器便携式检测仪。检测仪采用了高性能SOC(system-on-a-chip)芯片和USB通讯技术,五芯测量法解决了差阻传感器测量中长引线、接线电阻引入误差等问题,24位A/D转换器构成的高精度采样电路有效提高了测量精度,实现了应变和温度数据的采集、显示、存储和查询。测试结果表明:该仪器具有测量精度高、便于携带、操作简单等优点,在实际工程中有着广阔的应用前景。 A kind of portable detection instrument with high precision was introduced, which was developed on the character- istics of differential resistor sensor. The instrument is able to measure, display, store and query the data of strain and temperature with the help of powerful SOC chip, USB communication technology, five-core measurement and high precision sampling circuit that consists of 24 bit ADC. The testing results show that the instrument has some advantages, such as high precision, easy operation, portability, and can be extensively used in engineering practice.
